I create workflow templates for Make.com, and these templates are inherently complicated. Software changes can occur after my videos are created that mean you may need to follow additional steps to get the modules working.  No refunds will be granted for any downloadable products.  For any  issues, you can email me at ai-lifestyle-shop@support.fourthwall.com.  Very often, when software updates break my workflows, I create new videos and update the workflows, but this is not always possible.

Because all of my products are TEMPLATES and not packaged sottware, and the platforms which are integrated using these templates are subject to change at any time, I do not accept refunds on any purchases.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of my products are digital downloads. 

No refunds are granted, cancellations are not possible once the purchase has completed. 

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

If you are having trouble downloading the files for any reason, I will be happy to assist by providing a link to download.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

Only if your area chages on digital downloads, which are not imports or exports unless legally defined as such.
